Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Life Health Beauty ("we") collects when you use this website or book a home massage, why we need it and how we look after it. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
What we collect
- When you book: your name, phone number, the area and address where our therapist should come, the date and time, the treatment and therapist you choose, any note you add, and — if you choose Telegram — your Telegram username.
- When you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram: the messages you send us.
- When you use the website: an anonymous count of which contact buttons are tapped (nothing that identifies you), and a coded (hashed) form of your internet address, kept only to stop automated spam bookings.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may remember small preferences, such as a closed offer banner, on your own device only.
Why we use it
- To arrange, confirm and carry out your booking — including sending a therapist to your address.
- To contact you about your booking (for example if we are running late or need to change the time).
- To keep the website safe from spam and misuse.
We only use your information for these purposes. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who sees it
- The therapist who visits you sees your name, address, phone number and booking details.
- Our team, to manage bookings.
- Service providers that run parts of our service: Cloudflare (website hosting and booking database), WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram (messages you choose to send through them). They process the information only to provide their service.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for [e.g. 24 months] for our accounts and to help with any questions about a visit, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
Your rights

Security
Bookings are stored in a protected database that only our team can access, and all connections to this website are encrypted (HTTPS).
